Costco has earned our trust over the years because of its consistent quality and good value. What I appreciate most is that you can usually feel confident about what you’re buying, whether it’s groceries, household items, or seasonal products. The stores are busy, but they are generally well organized, checkout moves efficiently, and the employees work hard to keep things running smoothly. Their return policy and customer service also give you extra confidence when making a purchase. Overall, Costco continues to be one of the most reliable places for our regular shopping.

Worst customer service EVER!! NEARLY EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO, some over zealous employee there is a jerk. Trust me, while I am still a member, it is only because ther are like 5 things I like to buy. I always just go get those items and leave. They don't need me, I don't need them. Long checkout lines....they could care less. Messy floor and bathrooms...we don't care. I LOVE SAMS CLUB!!!

Finally, a Costco that has A5 wagyu. I have been looking for this everywhere. The Duluth location didn’t have it, so I snagged up two A5 whole ribeyes. I currently live in Montgomery Al, so I decided to stop by here after my vacation trip to Japan. The Montgomery location only sells American Wagyu. When will Montgomery sell this?😭
